Problem: The client needed inventory and operations to live in one place. Off-the-shelf tools could not match how the business actually ran.
Solution: Cublen designed and built a comprehensive inventory and business management system — commissioned as infrastructure, not as a one-off freelance site.
Technology: A purpose-built web system covering stock, operations, and the reporting the team needed to run the business day to day.
Outcome: The client operates on software that fits their process, instead of forcing their process into someone else’s product.

Problem: Churches were spreading membership, attendance, giving, and communication across spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
Solution: Cublen built Tablert — software Cublen owns and operates — so church teams can run members, visitors, attendance, finances, messaging, and reporting together.
Technology: A modern web platform with messaging and payments in the loop, designed around how churches actually work.
Outcome: A product in market that churches can use today, not a one-time custom build that only one congregation owns.

Product

Problem: Registration, attendance, and guest operations often live in separate tools, so the day of the event becomes a scramble.
Solution: Cublen built EventsMode to cover registration, QR check-in, guest tracking, and post-event engagement as one operation.
Technology: Event operations software with QR attendance and guest tracking at the center of the workflow.
Outcome: Organizers get a system for running the event, not only a page for listing it.
